About Lynda
My name is Lynda, and I am a certified life coach. I have been a non–profit executive with over 25 years of experience in the sector, helping individuals and families in the areas of homelessness, elder care, and breast cancer. During this time, I have been humbled by being able to help those navigating stressful situations and provide services to help them secure and move forward out of life challenges.
I am a mother of two beautiful, kind, loyal, smart dogs (and is the employee of a bearded dragon that did not come into the family by her choice!). I also have two children and a husband, but enough about them.
When not involved in the above, I love to cook and have friends and family over to enjoy what I discovered on one of the many food sites and cookbooks I scour weekly. On weekends in seasonable weather, you will find me on my sailboat cruising the beautiful New England destination spots and quiet and off-the-beaten-track anchorages.
I am an avid reader, a new student of photography, a generally curious person of learning new things (like Italian but can only master hello, goodbye, and cannoli for now), and an obsessed viewer of the show The Home Edit.
